byron will be performing as part of Rhys Chatham’s “Guitar Trio All Stars” ensemble on January 27th at Issue Project Room in Brooklyn. The group includes Ernest Brooks III, David Daniell, Kim Gordon, Jonathan Kane, Alan Licht, Robert Longo, Thurston Moore, Lee Ranaldo, Colin Langenus, Byron Westbrook and Adam Wills.

there will be a CORRIDORS solo audio/video set on Saturday February 3rd at monkeytown. also performing are bear in heaven, eystek, and nymph

we’ll be playing one very nice fall show in new york at tonic. see below. we’ll be playing all new material and the band will be a 6-piece for this show.

byron will also be performing a corridors solo set at monkeytown on Nov 5th with david daniell and bryan eubanks.

Sunday’s show at Glasshouse Gallery will be the last before beginning recording… will be under headphones for some time. hopefully will post some progress here or on myspace soon.

Still laying low for the winter while working out new material, though we have much to preview at Tonic this month. Quiet is the word. A minidisc recording of a new song has been posted for streaming on our myspace page. Also, three of us will be performing in a Glenn Branca Symphony in the NY/NJ area on Feb 4. That will be loud.

We’re currently working on new music in preparation for recording our next CD. There will be a few shows before the spring and those will be announced soon. In the meantime we’ll try to post some tracks in some form either here or on our myspace page.

The Winter Pageant has contributed an unreleased track to the Beekiller Music Compilation 2005.  The CD contains tracks by Grizzly Bear, Mazarin, Oakley Hall and many others.   More info @ www.beekiller.net.
